HOSA Attends the All-American Bowl

Dr. Peg Enslen, the 2018 HOSA, Inc. Board of Directors Chair, attended the All-American Bowl Game and festivities January 3-6, 2018 as a guest of HOSA Partner, the U.S. Army.

The All-American Bowl is the Army's year-round high school outreach program that recognizes the talent of America's best and brightest football players and band members. This event culminates with the nation's premier high school all-star football game. Most importantly, the U.S. Army All-American Bowl connects America with its Army by allowing influential partners, like HOSA, to directly engage with Army Soldiers, Civilians, and Cadets.

During the U.S. Army All-American Bowl Week, Dr. Enslen, on behalf of HOSA, had the opportunity to meet exceptional Army Soldiers who serve as mentors to the more than 225 young men and women comprising the U.S. Army All-American football team and marching band. As well as the opportunity to network with other influential leaders in Army Medicine, including the U.S. Army Surgeon General Nadja West, while learning more about America's Army.   Each year, the U.S. Army provides thousands of scholarship opportunities in engineering, medicine, the arts and much more.  HOSA is appreciative of the Army's partnership to provide countless opportunities for Future Health Professionals.
